1.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all actions of Personal data processing as specified in this Privacy Policy and for the purposes outlined herein.

1.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data, this Privacy Policy, and the internal procedure of Personal data processing of the Company.

1.3. Personal data within the Company is processed in accordance with the following principles:

1.3.1. Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;

1.3.2. Personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;

1.3.3. Personal data is adequate and only of such scope that is necessary for their collection and further processing;

1.3.4. Personal data is constantly updated;

1.4. Personal data is stored in a way that the identity of the Data subject can be determined no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which this data was collected and processed.

1.5. All information about Personal data is confidential.

1.6. The Client's Personal data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.

1.7. It is assumed that the Client, by making a purchase in the Online store, has read the current version of the Privacy Policy and agrees to it. If the Client disagrees with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy itself, in that case, the Client must refrain from placing an order and purchasing the goods in the Online store.

2.  WHAT DO WE DO WITH CLIENT DATA?

2.1. The Company respects the privacy rights of each Client. The Client's Personal data (i.e., name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address of goods/services, age/year of birth, payment data for goods/services (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, as well as, with the Client's consent, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:

2.1.1. For the purposes of e-commerce, the following Personal data are processed: name, surname, place of residence (address), purchase history (types of purchased goods, amounts spent), phone number;

2.1.2. For direct marketing purposes, the following Personal data are processed: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence (address), mobile phone number, email address;

2.1.3. For the administration of discount card loyalty programs, the following Personal data are processed: email address, phone number, delivery address of goods/services, age/year of birth, IP address, payment data for goods/services.

2.1.4. For the administration of electronic queries, for direct marketing purposes, the following Personal data are processed: name, surname, address, gender, phone number, email address;

2.2. Additionally, we obtain your reverse IP address data so that we can systematize information about your browser and operating system usage.

2.3. Newsletters: We only send newsletters to your email with your consent regarding our online store, new products, and other updates.

3.  CONSENT

How is your consent to the privacy policy provided to us?

3.1. When you provide your personal data by conducting purchase transactions, confirming credit card details, confirming an order, using goods delivery or return services – in this way, you give consent to the processing and use of your data for necessary actions. If we require additional information for purposes such as marketing, etc., then we directly ask you for consent or refusal.

5.2.1. When the Client's consent is obtained, as specified in this Privacy Policy;

5.2.2. Personal data for e-commerce purposes are provided to Partners providing services to the Company related to the Company's activities;

5.2.3. To Partners belonging to the same group of companies in a European Union member state for IT solutions, financial/accounting purposes;

5.2.4. In cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania to competent institutions.

5.2. Since there are valid privacy policy rules for third parties, our customers are recommended to read and familiarize themselves with them so that they know how their personal data will be processed by service providers. Don't forget that certain service providers may rely on a different location than yours or ours, so when shopping in our online store, the legal regulations of that location will apply. Example: You live in Canada, and the company handling your purchase transactions is in the United States. Then your personal information may be disclosed according to US laws.

5.3. When you are redirected from our online store to third-party websites, the rules and privacy policy outlined here are no longer applicable as third-party website policies apply.

6.1. When you click on links redirecting you elsewhere while on our website, we are not responsible for the privacy policies applicable on external websites, so we recommend you read them.

To offer Client full services in the Online store, information (Cookies) is stored on the Client's computer (device), which is used to recognize the Client, collect Online store visit statistics, and information about the shopping cart. The Client can delete some or all stored Cookies at any time, as described in the cookie information table on the website.

8.3. If our store were acquired by another or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to new owners so that we can continue to provide services to you.

9.  FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Company has the right to change, supplement the "Privacy Policy" entirely or in part. Supplements or changes to the privacy policy take effect from the date of their publication, i.e., from the day they are published on the Online store.
