General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding document for the parties, defining the rights and obligations of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") of this online store, the conditions for the acquisition and payment of goods and services, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods.

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach a mutual agreement, problematic issues shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Purchasing Goods in the Online Store
2.1. In this online store, goods and services can be purchased by a Buyer who is at least 16 years old or a legal entity.
2.2. The Buyer, using the categories of goods at the top of the online store page or entering the name of the desired product in the search field, selects the goods; chooses the quantity and flavor of the goods to be purchased and clicks the "Add to Cart" button; thus, the Buyer can select one or more items;

2.3. In the shopping cart located on the right side, the Buyer can see the selected items and the total amount to be paid for them. To purchase these items, the Buyer clicks the "Checkout" or "View Cart" button;

2.4. Next, the Buyer enters the information required for the delivery of the goods, selects a preferred method of payment and delivery of the goods, and clicks the "Pay" button;

2.5. The Seller will send an invoice to the Buyer's specified email address;

If the Buyer chooses payment by bank transfer, the Buyer must pay for the goods within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the invoice; otherwise, the Seller will cancel the order.

If the Buyer chooses cash payment, the Buyer is not required to do anything, just wait for the order.

If the Buyer chooses payment via Paysera or PayPal, then the Buyer will be directed to the payment page.

Prices, Terms, and Payment Methods for Goods

3.1. The prices of goods are indicated in euros;
3.2. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the products sold in the online store without prior notice;

3.3. The following payment methods are available:

bank transfer to the current account;
payment via the Paysera payment system;
payment via the PayPal payment system;
cash or bank card upon receipt of the shipment.

Return of Goods

4.1. In case the Buyer wishes to return or exchange a product of unsatisfactory quality purchased in the online store (e.g., damaged packaging, expired product), or received the wrong product, the Seller undertakes, at its own expense, to either replace the unsatisfactory quality product with a satisfactory one or refund the Buyer for the goods paid and cover the incurred shipping costs. Goods of unsatisfactory quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the cases and conditions established in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code;
4.2. In the event that the Buyer wishes to return a purchased product of satisfactory quality, the Buyer may return the purchased product within 14 days without specifying any reason, in accordance with the cases and conditions established in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code. In this case, the Buyer bears the return costs, which applies only to goods of satisfactory quality if the Buyer decides to return the goods for certain reasons. When returning the goods, the Buyer must specify the order number, reasons for the return, and list of goods to be returned;

4.3. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:

the returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging (this point applies even when returning unsatisfactory quality goods);
the item must be undamaged by the Buyer;
the item must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.). This point applies to both cases, even when returning unsatisfactory quality goods;
the returned item must be of the same set as received by the Buyer.
4.4. More detailed information about product warranties and returns is provided on the product return and warranty page.

4.5. If the item is returned to the sender and not accepted by the buyer from the carrier, the buyer must pay for its re-delivery. If the items are no longer needed by the buyer, only the amount for the product is refunded (the money for shipping costs is not refunded).

Protection of Buyer's Data

The Seller guarantees:
the security of the Buyer's personal data (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) provided in the online store;
the use of personal information only for the Seller's cooperation with suppliers and partners, as necessary to perform purchase and sale transactions;
the storage of personal information from being transferred to any third parties without the Buyer's consent;

Conclusion of Purchase-Sale Agreement
Goods and services can be purchased in the online store by a Buyer who
6.1. The Buyer, wishing to purchase goods sold in the online store, must read the Terms;

6.2. In the payment information section, the Buyer must confirm that they have read and agreed to the Terms by checking the box with the inscription: "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website." Then click "Pay".

Buyer's Rights and Obligations

7.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store;
7.2. The Buyer has the right to return goods purchased in the online store (more details are provided in Section 4 of the Terms);

7.3. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without significant reasons, the Buyer must cover the Seller's incurred shipping costs;

7.4. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Terms and undertakes to comply with them.

Seller's Rights and Obligations

8.1. If the Buyer deliberately or unintentionally harms or attempts to harm the operation of the online store and/or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store, and in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration;
8.2. In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond the Seller's control and other significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer;

8.3. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store;

8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer in the Terms and on the delivery page, under the conditions specified for the delivery of goods;

8.5. In the event the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to significant circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar or as similar as possible product with its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer for the amount paid within 3 working days.

Liability

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences thereof;
9.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for their actions performed using the online store;

9.3. If the Seller's online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or the activities carried out, does not supervise those websites, does not control them, and does not represent those companies and individuals. In case of damage, the culpable party compensates the other party for direct losses.

Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms at any time.
